About the Chef
I am a French-born chef. I developed my passion for cooking while spending time with my mother in the kitchen. I learned all my culinary basics in Brittany, close to where I grew up. I then moved to Dublin and worked in many top restaurants for three years. In 2011, I went to Australia to start a new journey, working in Melbourne and the Gold Coast in 5-star hotels. I have gained experience in successfully developing innovative menus. Over the years, I have learned to accommodate different dietary needs in various types of cuisine. I love the connection with the people I cook for and sharing my culture through food. My favorite way to cook is traditional and rich in flavour. I like to source my ingredients fresh and local for maximum flavor and to help regional businesses.
